How up to date are the Lawskool products?

All Lawskool products are reviewed regularly and contain up-to-date current law.

Who develops Lawskool products?

All Lawskool products are developed by New Zealand law students who received top marks for that particular area of law. Lawskool products are then reviewed by legal practitioners with over 5 years experience to ensure the quality of the each Lawskool product is of the highest standard.

Are Lawskool products applicable to my university?

Yes, just like a law textbook, Lawskool notes have been developed so that they are relevant across all New Zealand Universities.

How do I receive my order?

After your payment has been received you will be given access to view and print the documents within 12 hours via WorkSpaces, a secure online document management system.

How long can I view a document sent to me via WorkSpaces?

You will have one week to print a copy of the documents via WorkSpaces.

You will also be granted with a licence to view the documents electronically for a period of 12 months via WorkSpaces.

Can I copy, print, edit or download electronic copies of the documents sent to me via WorkSpaces?

You will only be able to print a copy of the Lawskool documents for a period of three days and view the documents online for a period of 12 months via WorkSpaces. In order to protect Lawskool's intellectual property and to reduce the piracy of our products, we only grant a licence to view and print secure versions of our products.

How do I order?

All orders need to be made online.

How long does it take to receive my Lawskool order?

After your payment has been received you will be given access to view and print the documents within 12 hours via WorkSpaces, a secure online document management system.

Can I share Lawskool products with my friends?

Sharing Lawskool products without the written the permission of Lawskool is illegal. As soon as we receive evidence that our copyright has been breached we immediately proceed to:

  1. Inform the student's university and request that the matter be fully investigated;

  2. Inform the New Zealand Law Society of the misconduct; and

  3. Pass the matter onto to our legal team to undertake legal action.
